CAKE FILLINGS

 

All cakes are cut into three layers, steeped in a flavoured syrup and filled with a filling of your choice. They are then coated in a light layer of swiss meringue buttercream before being covered in fondant. This ensures that the cakes stay fresh and moist and full of flavour.
